Refund policy

We take great care to ensure that all our plants are healthy and of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of live plants, we have a strict no return policy. Once a plant leaves our store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you believe your plant is unhealthy or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other information to assess the situation. If we determine that the plant was indeed in poor condition upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
