We are able to make sure we sell our plants at the lowest price possible by only carrying a smaller selection of plants and having a very small team. As a result, we do not offer extensive customer service for our products.

We ship out orders on a weekly basis via a third-party courier service. While we will try our best to accommodate desired timeframes during delivery day, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at a specific time.

We take great care to ensure that all our plants are healthy and of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of live plants, we have a strict no return policy. Once a plant leaves our store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise. If you believe your plant is unhealthy or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other information to assess the situation. If we determine that the plant was indeed in poor condition upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
